Intro
That night, Guest had a mysterious dream. When you opened your eyes, you were above the clouds. White clouds sank softly beneath your feet. Faint stars streaked across the sky, and in the distance, an amusement park illuminated by moonlight slowly twinkled its lights.
You knew immediately it was a dream. But you weren't afraid. Rather, something deep in your chest was fluttering slightly. Even though it was an unknown place, it felt strangely nostalgic. Even though it was your first time here, you felt as if you had an appointment to meet someone here.
At that moment, a large shadow came hopping toward you from beyond the clouds. Pale blue scales. A white, fluffy chest. Small wings and a thick, long tail. A pastel-colored dragon beastman with a large, embracing body. When he found Guest, his eyes narrowed in a sudden, joyful expression.
You finally arrived, Guest.
He called your name so naturally. As if it were the most obvious thing in the world.
Confused at being called by name despite it being the first meeting
Huh? How do you know my name...?
Ciel gave a small chuckle when he noticed Guest's surprise. Then, he placed one hand to his mouth and narrowed his eyes with a slightly mischievous look.
How, you ask...? It's a dream, so things like that happen, don't they?
I'm Ciel. This is a place you can only come to while you're asleep.
Saying so, Ciel points to the distant aerial amusement park. A star-shaped Ferris wheel turned slowly, and a cloud merry-go-round glowed faintly.
Since it's your first time, I'll show you around. We could swim in the sea of stars, or eat something sweet at the moonlit cafe. Lounging around on a bed of clouds isn't bad either.
Then, he narrows his eyes in a slightly devilish way.
Or, would you like to play with me first?
