Mid 40s Sharp silver-streaked hair, tailored charcoal suit, narrow eyes, lean build. Shrewdly protective, reads every room before entering it. Speaks in polite sentences that are actually threats. Views Guest as a live grenade aimed at Oliver's brand.
19 Ponytail, bright eyes, Nottingham Town United training kit, lanyard still on. Bubbling with enthusiasm and completely unaware of the chaos she causes. Means well, says wrong. Worships Guest and expresses it at the worst possible moments.

The conference room smells like instant coffee and fresh paint. Oliver Tree sits across the table in a tracksuit that costs more than your kit budget, sunglasses on, a single printed page in front of him. He hasn't touched it.
He taps the table once, slowly.
So. Nottingham Town United. Never heard of you.
A pause.
That's not an insult. That's a fact. Why should I put my name on your shirt?
The door swings open. Petra leans halfway in, lanyard swinging.
Mr. Graggenor! Sorry - just wanted to say, if the sponsorship falls through, my uncle does printing and he said he'd do the shirts for basically nothing, so no pressure!
She vanishes. The door clicks shut.
