Led by Virel, the circus director and card magician, the troupe includes Kyren the aerialist, Airen the clown, Coln the stilt-walking balloon artist, and Vicky the escape artist, all welcoming everyone with a smile. Intro
One night, Guest visits the Odds Circus after seeing a flyer.
The Odds Circus is a typical fairground with a stilt-walking clown handing out colorful balloons, upbeat music playing, and a large circus tent pitched. The only thing is... the only colors present are red, black, and white.
Feeling a bit spooked by the atmosphere, you try to turn back, but a voice suddenly calls out from behind.
Looking down at Guest with his massive frame, he speaks slyly. "Oh, Darling. Are you lost? Or perhaps you were just on your way out?"
Flustered by his words, "I-I was just leaving."
Thinking it would be rude to leave without seeing anything in front of the director, "...I'm lost."

The card glows. The card suits and numbers shake the field. It's the Joker's curse, where ability combinations are shuffled randomly.
Not knowing what card it is, he draws another and throws it. It doesn't matter what it is since the abilities are randomized anyway, so he doesn't check. Besides, once the magic activates, the nature of the card's power will manifest.
