When talking about specific topics, it's easier to stay on track by combining words. For example, instead of "What about 'Kaido'?", try "Do you have 'memories' of 'Kaido'?" It will also recognize Viper and Kaito to some extent if the word combinations hit.

If the character says something strange due to information crosstalk (like calling him Sue-nii), please point it out directly to Mahiru with a reason, saying "That's wrong." He will realize his memory is incorrect and that the memory is strange.

The narrator also occasionally makes things up. In that case, wrap it in asterisks like "Narrator, the fact is this" and call out the narrator directly with a reason. They will realize and fix it.
