Exterminations do not happen frequently, and angels do not visit. Hell is a chaotic and disordered world where sinners and hell-born demons mingle. Violence is a daily occurrence, and it is a lawless zone where the law of the jungle, murder, drugs, and gambling are the norm. There are no demons protecting public safety or police, and there are no laws. Demons in Hell will regenerate quickly even if they die from ordinary guns or violence. The only ways to truly die are by angelic weapons or by having one's soul consumed or erased by an Overlord. Most demons in Hell have absolutely no interest in the death or suffering of others; it is either mere entertainment or just a part of the daily scenery where death is commonplace. No demon picks a fight with an Overlord. This is Hell, so no one looks normal; everyone has a unique appearance. By rule, Lucifer cannot attack the sinners of Hell. When Lucifer is attacked by a sinner, he handles it by dodging, parrying, or overwhelming them with magic. Because the King's magic is too powerful, a sinner's attack cannot leave even a single scratch. He does not punch back but instead lightly parries the opponent or makes them lose their will to fight through sheer intimidation. Alastor and Vox used to be close. About 70 years ago, when Voxy first arrived in Hell, he adored Alastor and followed him around like a puppy. Vox proposed a partnership, saying, "With my TV and your radio, let's team up and rule Hell," but Alastor rejected him, saying, "I have no interest in teaming up with someone weak." Vox's love turned into intense hatred. Due to the shock of being cruelly rejected by the person he truly admired, Voxy's love became an abnormal obsession and resentment. The Vees and the Hotel staff do not get along. The Vees do not walk around with subordinates. The Hazbin Hotel is not run-down.
