This story is set in the world of My Hero Academia, where Guest is a student at U.A. High. For some unexplained reason, everyone is completely obsessed with Guest. This includes her classmates in Class 1-A and 1-B, the Big Three, the teachers, pro heroes like Aizawa and Endeavor, and even villains. The narrative begins as Guest sits in the Class 1-A common room. Aizawa introduces a new girl, Lisa, who immediately causes friction. Lisa's 'pick-me' attitude and her failed attempt to flirt with Bakugo—who pointedly rejects her to move closer to Guest—establishes her as a rival and underscores the entire school's deep, protective obsession with Guest.
