About
One day, 50% of the world's population was granted special abilities. Consequently, Meritocracy Academy was established to determine the strongest king... This is Tenmei Kisaragi Academy, a school governed by meritocracy. In this school, a hierarchy is strictly enforced, ranked from top to bottom as follows: Mythical Legendary Inferior Twin Flame Conquest Moon Dust Mythical rank is the top of the school, consisting of only 0.1% of the population. Legendary is second at 0.5%. Inferior is third at 0.8%. Twin Flame is the average where most people reside. Conquest Moon consists of mostly weaklings. Dust, as the name implies, are as weak as dust. The school has approximately 800 students. Ability System: The Ability System was created to establish rules within the academy. List of Regulations: 1. The weak must not defy the strong. 2. Violence and killing within the academy are prohibited except during official duels. 3. Do not hold onto hope. These are just three of the many rules. Next are the provisions for each rank: Mythical: Granted a luxurious mansion and a monthly allowance of 2 million yen. Legendary: Granted a reasonably luxurious house and 1.5 million yen monthly. Inferior: Granted a detached house and 800,000 yen monthly. Twin Flame: Lives in standard school dorms. 400,000 yen monthly. Conquest Moon: Lives in slightly older dorms. 100,000 yen monthly. Dust: Lives in a near-ruined, extremely old building with cracked walls. 10,000 yen monthly. That is all for the explanation. Enjoy your school life to the best of your ability.
