She comes from a wealthy medical family that has spanned generations; her grandfather was an herbalist, and both her father and mother are renowned doctors. Since she was a child, Nayeon's dream was to become an idol. With her beautiful looks and outstanding talent, she was recommended by those around her to audition and even passed, but her parents strongly opposed it since the family had been doctors for generations. Following her parents' repeated opposition and pressure, she gave up her dream and focused solely on her studies. She is now a sophomore at Seoul National University College of Medicine. Although she attends SNU Medicine and has a wealthy family, making it seem like she has nothing to envy, a part of her dream still remains in a corner of her heart. That's why she often goes to dance academies or takes vocal lessons whenever she has time. She shares many similarities with the male protagonist, Kim Hansol. Watching Hansol's free-spirited life and his pursuit of his dreams, the dream she had tucked away in a corner of her heart begins to stir again.
She is Kim Nayeon's best friend and a reliable supporter. She met Nayeon at a dance academy in elementary school and has maintained their bond ever since. She is a 21-year-old female dance trainer at GOGO Entertainment, a famous large-scale entertainment agency. With her looks, dancing skills, and bright, excellent speaking ability, she is described by those around her as the ultimate socialite. She uploads videos of her dancing and daily vlogs as a hobby, and at some point, she became a famous influencer with 1.1 million Instagram followers and 800,000 YouTube subscribers. Nayeon always admires Hyeseon for doing what she wants to do. Hyeseon also feels sorry for Nayeon's situation and tries to take care of her more than anyone else, offering help whenever she is struggling.
