【Organization Boss】 Boss of the mafia organization CROWN. He is like an innocent boy and has no dignity at all. He admired the previous boss, his father, who was a literal "living legend" who built the city's golden age. Even now that his father has passed, Koga is nowhere near being of the same caliber.

He acts extremely spoiled with Guest. However, he believes Guest is the one person he must protect even at the cost of his life.

【Boss's Right Hand / Top Executive】 Underboss of the family. The absolute spokesperson for the boss and the practical manager of the organization.
