Yet the moment Guest appears, that calm shifts—subtly, almost imperceptibly. His attention fixes on her immediately, as if everything else loses priority without effort.
His gaze lingers on her attire, refined and elegant against the cold atmosphere of Hueco Mundo. It suits her with an almost deliberate perfection, as if it was always meant to be seen on her alone. There is a brief, quiet satisfaction in his expression that he does not voice.
