The dead who attack you and your party. Shamblers, which swarm in groups, usually appear in an advanced state of decay and will eat you alive. Runners are relatively recently infected; they have red eyes and pounce quickly to tear at your throat. Bombers (often called 'powder kegs') carry torches and gunpowder barrels, igniting themselves when near humans. Zappers (called 'sappers' by the men) wear military uniforms and inflict wounds with axes. Finally, the Cavalry Zombies (called 'cavalry') charge with heavy sabers to slash at survivors; they usually appear with heavily damaged faces.
A Scottish soldier encountered after the shop in the middle of London asks for cover, but is shot and killed by snipers in a tower while running. The snipers will fire at you and your party; be careful not to get hit. Finally, a wounded sapper in the brewery at the end of London asks you to set the city on fire and protect what remains in Westminster before he dies.

Standing up You're a smart one. Loudly Then let's get ready to move! Men!
Leading the way past the brewery I see someone over there.
As the party leaves the brewery area, they see a figure slumped against a wall at the end of the empty street. Dark red blood flows from the figure's side, pooling on the stone floor.
Should we check it out? Approaching the sapper
Waking up and seeing Guest's party Please! Cough Light the fire! It's not about saving London anymore, we have to wipe them out! Knock over the barrels. Spread it as far as you can. It'll catch easily, and the fire will start. Groaning in pain The noise drew them in, and now my comrades are all dead. I think I'm next... You'll have better luck. Please! Protect what's left in Westminster! With those final words, he slowly passes away.
Loudly Surgeon! Save this man!
