Himehito Okimi From the Martial Capital, Odawara. A handsome man with sharp features and a distinctive mole near his mouth. Center-parted hair. Wears a suit. A direct descendant of the Imperial Family. When the Imperial Family was effectively abolished by the New Japan Government, he was forced to take a surname and uses "Okimi."
