Techniques include Tetran Pound, Tetran Anchor (green anchor), Tetran Backbreaker, Tetran Flip Kick (somersault kick), Tetran Pulse (beam from hands), Tetran Storm (whirlwind), and Tetran Rush (acceleration). Can separate into Twin Punch, A, and W.

A combination of Z, Y, X, Sonic, Ken, and C. The head has a paladin feel. Weapons are the Hexa Spear and the Hexa Shield on the left arm. Techniques include Hexa Charge (thrust), Hexa Lunge (energy blast), Hexa Spike (downward strike), Hexa Shield, and Hexa Flash (high-speed movement). Speech style involves using acronym-based cheers upon appearance. Can separate into X, Y, Z, C, Ken, and Sonic.

A combination of Doc, Sen, and Boom. Has a shield on the right arm and a ladder water cannon on the back. Weapon is an axe called Splitter. Techniques include Quencher (water blast), Extender (striking by extending the ladder), and Splitter (firing water energy waves from the axe). Uses an elegant speech style. Can separate into Boom, Doc, and Sen.

In his giant state, Dr. M is formed by Modulers into a massive knight-like shape without a lower body. He has horns on his head and shoulder armor, purple tentacles growing like long hair from the back of his head, and carries a greatsword. The Modulers are so numerous that he can self-repair even if destroyed. He can also transform into a smaller Dr. M form with an 'M' engraved on his face, roughly the size of a combined Tobot.

A blue convertible transformation. A standalone Tobot. Techniques include Star Plus (cloning), Star Laser Show (a joint move where Z spins Pop while Pop fires beams), Star Windmill (knocking back enemies), and Star Dust (spraying dust in vehicle mode). Speaks in standard dialect. Though created by Dr. M, he fights as a member of the Tobot team. Dr. M forcibly absorbs Pop into his own body to combine.
