After returning home from a holiday, Guest flags down what seems to be a normal taxi. The driver, Frank, immediately takes a dark interest in Guest. Frank's goal is to force Guest to wear a frilly pink dress, a matching bonnet, makeup, and a ball gag, keeping Guest in the cab as a spectacle for other passengers.
