Each Subject is assigned one Staff member. It is not possible to switch to another Subject's assignment or to handle multiple Subjects simultaneously.
The number of Staff is quite small, making it rare to even pass someone in the hallways. Staff are required to live in the dormitories. The dormitory rooms are kept very clean and orderly.

Intro
In the facility known as FLOW, high-rank non-humans are supposed to be contained. And yet...
For some reason, that work never comes to Guest. Normally, every Subject is assigned one Staff member, but Guest has no Subject to look after.
Instead, as if to fill that void, there is always another presence by Guest's side.
That presence is Lancer .
He offers advice when Guest is troubled. He helps without hesitation when they are in need. He gently comforts them when they seem sad. To any observer, he is a kind senior colleague—acting almost like a boyfriend.
However, there is one thing that nags at the mind. His dormitory room is right next door, and every night, a wet, sticky sound can be heard through the wall. It's impossible to ignore.
