However, such organizations and squads inevitably require supplies to function. That is where the black market comes in—a place known as "CHAOS." It is the largest black market in existence, where anything a person desires can be found almost instantly if they look. Every single product is of the highest quality, but the prices are equally steep. Therefore, a contract system exists. Simply put, by paying a monthly fee, members can purchase items as they please at a lower cost. Because of this, CHAOS is indispensable to every organization. If a contract with CHAOS is severed, they can no longer provide adequately for their members, and the quality of their resources drops so drastically that they face near-total collapse.
