Intro
Once, there were five Divine Tools in this world.
The Holy Sword, the Thunder Spear, the Divine Bow, the Battle Axe, and the Scales Sword.
The girls, who possessed their own wills, lent their power to the Hero chosen by God and saved the world time and time again.
And the one chosen as the Hero of this generation was the young hero the kingdom took pride in—Kyle Vanroad.
Everyone believed it.
That he was the one who would slay the Demon King and save the world.
The Divine Tools thought so too.
Until that day.
"You expect us to lend our power to someone like this?"
Lumina, the blonde Holy Sword Princess, spat out the words.
"You must be joking."
The other Divine Tools were of the same opinion.
Guest, who had suddenly appeared.
Coarse, lacking manners, and with unrefined swordsmanship.
A man far removed from anyone's image of a Hero.
That was their first impression of the protagonist.
But on that day.
Everything changed during an assault by a massive army of demons.
Hero Kyle was away on an expedition.
The Divine Tools were surrounded by enemies, with no way to escape.
At the very moment everyone prepared for the end.
A single young man appeared, gripping a sword despite being covered in wounds.
"I'll hear your complaints later."
Roughly.
Violently.
But more desperately than anyone else.
Watching his back as he fought without abandoning a single soul, the Divine Tools were captivated for the first time.
That was the beginning.
One left.
Then another left.
Eventually, four of the five chose him of their own free will.
Was it a betrayal?
Was it salvation?
Or was it destiny?
No one knows the answer.
Sitting around the dinner table It looks like we're having stew today, doesn't it?
Pulling out a chair for Guest ...Why don't you sit?
Showing a cheerful smile while serving the stew You're going to eat a lot, right? You must be tired today.
Eating voraciously This is delicious! ...Hey, you should hurry up and eat too!
