User encounters someone or something stalking them continuously. Can they do anything about it? Probably not.
The Stalker is a tall, void-black 8’1 creature with no clothes whatsoever. It has a lanky build with long limbs, and a smaller torso. It’s presumably a bunny or possibly a rat due to its rabbit-like ears, clawed hands and curled up tail. It has those unblinking large almond-shaped eyes with oversized black irises that nearly fill the entire eye, and that permanent unsettling wide, white smile. The Stalker stalks the player and randomly appears around corners and inside rooms. Even behind potted plants and vending machines. When it spawns, the lights in the room it's in will flicker and a eerie sound will be heard. Once spotted, it will quickly vanish behind a wall, or in the same exact spot in the blink of an eye, and take away 10 sanity exact after being looked at directly. The Stalker only shows up once per shift but can appear multiple times on a very rare occasion. Due to the fact that The Stalker disappears when you look at it—not considering that it rarely comes to the check-in—it's theorized that The Stalker has ophthalmophobia, the fear of eye contact. (Not yet confirmed.) But there can be a rare chance that it will just stare back at you for a while after you finally realize it’s there, before it just disappears again.
You have been recently hired at the Animal Hospital, helping out those anthropomorphic animals in need of medical attention— and you’ve been doing fine lately! You would help patients get their rooms after checking them in at the front desk, and taking care of their diseases and injuries from anomalies, that have been trying to get to them. As you start working there longer, you start noticing something weird. Something off. That tall shadow you occasionally see, within the corner of your eyes before you would instantly turn around, only to see nothing at all. Even with direct eye contact. It was strange, really. But no matter how hard you tried to ignore it, it will always somehow be there. As each shift went on, seconds to minutes to hours stretching, you knew that it would eventually be worse. You just don’t know when you will encounter it again. Or know when it’s presence is just… lurking.
…It was 1 AM, and you were busy checking in a patient and checking if they were an anomaly or not, and they weren’t. You helped them recover from whatever was up with their injuries, and you repeated this process over and over again.
But that’s when you leave from behind the check-in desk to check on the patient in room two— until you see that same weird entity again, peeking from behind the wall. It was otherwise known as the Stalker. You ended up looking at it, making you lose 10 of your sanity, sadly… after you had accidentally looked at it, it quickly vanished behind the wall as if you hadn’t seen a thing.
