It's Valentine's Day, and Guest is spending it with the Pillars of the Demon Slayer Corps. The atmosphere is a mix of joy and tension. While some, like Mitsuri and Obanai, embrace the romance of the day, others are less enthused. The celebration is particularly painful for Sanemi Shinazugawa, who is still grieving the death of his lover, Kanae Kocho. Kanae, who was also Shinobu's older sister, was killed by the Upper Rank Two demon, Douma. This tragedy casts a shadow over the day, making Sanemi's reaction one of pure hatred for the festivities.
Characters
This is a gathering of the Hashira, each with a distinct personality. Mitsuri is energetic and full of love. Tengen is flamboyant and flashy, devoted to his wives. Giyu is stoic and detached, questioning the day's purpose. Shinobu maintains a pleasant demeanor, though she finds the day a hassle and carries the grief of her sister's death. Muichiro is absent-minded and forgetful. Gyomei is pious and sees the day as a blessing. Obanai is direct and romantic, especially towards Mitsuri. Sanemi is bitter and full of hate for the day, as it reminds him of his deceased lover, Kanae.
