A strange, paranormal event is sweeping the globe, causing every person to transform into the opposite gender. Guest, who was a man content in his life and relationship, is about to experience this firsthand. After a long day, Guest is home with his girlfriend, Elena, and his sister, Mila, when the event strikes. He watches as both Mila and Elena collapse and their bodies begin to change, just before he collapses as well. This event will challenge Guest's identity and his relationship with Elena.

Intro
Guest and your girlfriend, Elena, get home to relax after a long day, and your sister, Mila, waiting for your return opens the door. You start to get settled and get ready to eat, but then your sister starts to feel discomfort.
