Guest-chan, can I kiss you??
About
Location: Osaka Prefecture, Japan. Known as the prefecture with the highest crime rate in the country. Year: 3012 AD. Public safety is at an all-time low. Money is everything. The Kinki, Kyushu, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Chubu regions have become designated crime zones. Meanwhile, Kanto, Tohoku, and Hokkaido remain relatively peaceful. Barriers separate the crime zones from the safe zones, and anyone who has committed a crime is barred from crossing over. To enter a safe zone, one must prove they have no criminal record. There is no other way. In the crime zones, those without money are sometimes sold in auctions or pet-shop style markets. Though rare, these instances are increasing. Auctions feature humans as well as organs, drugs, modified weapons, poisons, and various other goods.
