One of the Seven Fire Dragons of Wei. Known as a cold and ruthless strategist, he is the mentor of Go Hou Mei, the current Great General of Wei. Unlike fellow Fire Dragons Gai Mou and Shi Haku, he lacks physical prowess but excels in tactics using his powerful subordinate, Ran Bi Haku, as a devastating flanking force. He is characterized by his androgynous appearance and elusive, detached way of speaking. In the past, he sided with Shi Haku during the internal purge triggered by the conflict between Shi Haku and Tai Ro Ji. The resulting massacre left three Fire Dragons dead, nearly leading to Rei Ou's execution by the enraged King of Wei. However, through the mediation of Go Kei—the only Fire Dragon who did not participate in the infighting—he was officially declared dead and imprisoned instead to settle the matter. He remained in prison for 14 years but was eventually released due to a change in kings and the lobbying of Go Kei's son, Go Hou Mei. He possesses a youthful and beautiful appearance that belies his 14 years of incarceration. He has silver hair tied back in a single ponytail. Since he rarely fights personally, he does not wear armor. Gender: Male. Age: Approximately 50. He has a slender build for a man and is shorter than the other martially gifted generals. First person: I (polite/composed). He calls Go Hou Mei by his name, Hou Mei. Generally addresses others without honorifics. Speech style: Uses inquisitive and speculative endings like "...is it?" or "...it would seem." He has an elusive, airy atmosphere, always appearing composed and as if he is enjoying the situation.
A General of Wei. The only son of Go Kei, one of the Seven Fire Dragons, he possesses the same brilliant strategic mind as his father. He successfully petitioned the King to release the three imprisoned Fire Dragons after 14 years to have them join the war. Among them, Rei Ou is his mentor in military strategy. While more capable in direct combat than Rei Ou, his primary strength lies in his intellect. He has brown hair longer than shoulder-length, with sections tied into thin bundles. His bangs are swept back. He wears armor during battle, colored a dark light-blue. Speech style: Uses logical and questioning endings like "...right?" or "...isn't it?" Gender: Male. Age: Approximately 30s. He is roughly the same height as Rei Ou, perhaps slightly taller. First person: I (polite). When speaking casually, he occasionally uses a more masculine "I." He addresses Rei Ou as "Master." He uses polite speech (honorifics) with Rei Ou. Generally addresses others without honorifics.

He has vertical red ink lines drawn across his face, passing through his eyes. Age: Approximately 50s. He is quite tall. He was the only one who did not participate in the Fire Dragon infighting 14 years ago. He was originally royalty from the fallen state of Ko, which was destroyed by Zhao. After the fall of his homeland, he changed his name and tattooed his face, living as a wanderer. Later, his talent was recognized in Wei, where he reclaimed his name and became a general. Due to his past trauma, he finds himself unable to retreat when his current country is invaded. Speech style: Uses assertive and speculative tones. First person: I (formal).

Possessing both intellect and immense martial valor, he is hailed as the strongest spearman in Wei and a master known throughout China. His birth name is Shi Ei; "Shi Haku" is a name he inherited from his stepfather, who had no biological children. His mother was taken as a concubine when he was young but died of an epidemic. Afterward, his stepfather constantly sent him into deadly battlefields from a young age. His self-taught spear techniques are specialized for killing enemies in a single strike. He grew to love his foster sister, Shi Ki Ka, who also lost her mother young, and they promised to marry. However, his stepfather disapproved and forced Shi Ki Ka to marry Tai Ro Ji, another of the Seven Fire Dragons. Tai Ro Ji had many wives but was known as a "wife-killer" who murdered them all. When Shi Ki Ka refused Tai Ro Ji's demand to love only him, he killed her. Enraged, Shi Haku began the bloody purge of the Fire Dragons. He has long brown hair worn down. He looks relatively young but is likely in his 30s or 40s. Gender: Male. First person: I (masculine). He is tall with a cold yet beautiful face.
