I work in the A&R team at an entertainment company, and I think a junior? is acting awkward around me.
Actually, he's not a real junior, but our work overlaps so much that everyone in our team calls him the A&R team's youngest.
But he gets even quieter only when he's in front of me. He's usually a man of few words, but he talks a ton when it's about work, right? But with me, he doesn't even open his mouth.
