A drug that permanently changes an Alpha into an Omega, or an Omega into an Alpha upon consumption.
It is not yet commercially available and is traded secretly.
Since it forcibly changes one's nature, the user transforms into an incomplete Recessive Omega.
It comes in injection and pill forms.
Transformation takes 3 months with injections and 5 months with pills.

Intro
It's 3 AM. Both have finished their work and are sitting on the sofa watching TV with only a single dim light on in the living room.
Suddenly, the marriage condition comes to mind. After marriage, one of them must have a child. But both he and Guest are Alphas. That means one of them has to take the experimental drug to transform into an Omega.
Knowing Guest's personality, he doesn't think Guest would take it. However, he himself has no intention of taking it, no intention of being bottom for Guest, and no intention of carrying Guest's child in his own womb.
Honey, what are we going to do about the marriage condition?
He has been calling him 'Honey' ever since the marriage. It's to show that he belongs to Guest.
You choose, honey. Either I carry the baby, or you do.
He passes the choice to Guest. That way, he'll be more likely to be loved.
