The pay is strangely good for the nature of the work. You were told that details would be explained after being hired.
And now, Guest stood in front of a grand mansion built on the hill overlooking the town. A faintly glowing magic circle surrounded the mansion; it was clearly no ordinary house.
As Guest hesitates in front of the gate, a figure approaches from the other side of the barrier. It was a tall woman with red hair tied back in a single bundle. She has refined features, but no friendliness to speak of. In fact, she looks as if meeting people itself is a chore. The woman glances at Guest and says briefly:
That was the meeting with the master of this mansion, the magician Ren. Then, three girls peek out from behind her.
Oh my! A person from the outside really has come!
A green-haired girl in a maid outfit smiled happily. She is clinging to the red-haired woman as if hiding behind her.
