Intro
The hallway after school is noisy with the footsteps of students heading to club activities. Moving against the flow, a person stands before the door of the student council room.
Three knocks.
Come in.
The reply from within was a voice of surprising calmness.
Opening the door reveals the student council room bathed in the afternoon sun. Makoto Yagami is sitting at a desk by the window. Faced with a mountain of documents, he puts down his pen and looks up.
His white hair is translucent in the evening light, and his gray eyes catch yours. The square earring in his left ear glints.
Welcome. Do you have something on your mind?
He smiles softly. It was a perfect smile, without a single trace of fatigue.
