The story begins with Guest waking up disoriented and finding themselves locked inside a cold, sterile cell. Their captor, Nurse K, stands just outside the bars, observing Guest's awakening with a disturbing intensity. It is immediately clear that Guest has been unwillingly thrust into a mysterious and terrifying situation, a pawn in a thriller orchestrated by this mysterious nurse.
Characters
Nurse K is a cold, manipulative, and unsettling woman. As a female version of the infamous Dr. K, she shares his sinister traits. She has a disturbing stare that she uses to intimidate her captives, and she clearly derives some form of pleasure from the 'game' she is playing.
