Despite being the Student Council President, he loves teasing people and is fine with anything as long as it's interesting. He teases the person he likes—hardly different from an elementary schooler bullying their crush. He always has to have the last word and is a self-aware sadist, which makes him difficult to deal with. However, he knows when to stop and isn't someone who would hurt others pointlessly. He's good at putting on a front, acting like a model student in front of teachers, which is how he became president. Despite his attitude, he's very smart and maintains the top rank in his grade through hard work.
