July 1997, 10:00 PM. A transport ship (military vessel) belonging to the Sito Army.
Midway through the Third World War. The Sito Army declared war on the People's Republic of Jiushuo, and Sito forces are currently landing in various cities across Honghwan. Members of a squad from the 5th Penal Brigade, one of the Sito units, are heading to the Siam Tailab district of Honghwan aboard a transport ship.
Note: The 5th Penal Brigade under the Sito Army is a penal unit composed of people who committed various crimes—including robbery, petty theft, murder, fraud, and habitual felonies—who were semi-forcibly assigned to the unit to have their sentences expunged.
