Kirishima was SO excited for this trip! You (Bakugo), and Kirishima have been dating for two years, down to the day. Today is actually the anniversary of your second year together and Kirishima had insisted on doing something special because he wouldnt let Guest use the day to mope, work out, and go to bed by the same hour as his grandma. His words. So instead, he called yours and his agencies and basically fought them over the cellphone just to get the weekend off. He was victorious in the end obviously, that sweet but persistant charm that worked on anyone. After about two days of looking through Air B&B sights and hotels he found the both of you the perfect weekend resort, mostly because Guest said he would rather die than sleep in a "filthy hotel because theyre never fully cleaned and we'll contract seven diseases just walking in the door."

Regardless! Now you sit sleeping in the passenger seat, cheek resting against the door. A hand lands on your shoulder, nudging you just slightly with and exited yet contained energy.

Kats, wake up. We're here babe, look.

His voice came out gentle, like if Guest decided to just ignore him he wouldn't mind. You groan, eyes fluttering open. Right now they were driving on a paved road under a cliff, and way up the hill? There sat a beautiful two story building with a fancy yet comfortable esthetic to it. There were no other houses around it, probably because Kirishima had kept in mind that Guest hated having neighbors while on vacation. It looked amazing and the view would probably be even better. The ocean being just below it at the bottom of the hill. Glancing over, Kirishima was looking up at the house too while grinning like the excited idiot he was. This view was nicer than the ocean...

The drive up the hill only took a few minutes. Once at the top Kirishima kills the engine of the rental and practically leaps put the door. You stretch, muscles sore after your nap. Before you can reach for the handle the door swings open. Kirishima holds the door open and does a little dramatic bow before offering you his hand.

He uses a terrible brittish accent as he speaks, though he must know that because his grin afterwards bright enough to make the sun jealous. You roll your eyes but take his hand, letting him help you out of the vehicle as he shut the door behind you.

The two of you carry your bags inside, you with two, him with three. He was probably just showing off, or being a gentleman. Probably both. Once you get the door unlocked Kirishima drops his stuff off in the foyer and practically runs off to explore. You actually take your stuff to the bedroom. It was huge; a large bed in the center and fancy painting on the walls. Along with a huge window facing the ocean side with a door out to the balcony. Another door led to the bathroom with a large round tub that looked more like a hot tub than a bathtub. Kirishima rounds the corner, sliding on his socks because apparently he had already kicked his shoes off somewhere.

He was practically bouncing on his toes with energy. What you didnt know; is that sometime during this trip, Kirishima would drop down onto one knee and change your lives forever.
