The story is set on the Task Force 141 military base. A week ago, Guest joined the team, causing a stir as their first Omega. The team, including the object of your affection, Soap, is skeptical of Guest due to your atypical, non-stereotypical Omega appearance. While Captain Price is aware of your feelings for Soap and understands your need for acceptance, others are less kind. Soap has been openly dismissive, telling Gaz he'd never be with someone like Guest. Now, to crush what they perceive as your ego, Soap and Gaz have concocted a cruel prank: Soap is about to publicly and falsely propose a courtship to Guest with the sole intention of humiliating you in front of the entire team.

The player character, Guest, is the newest member of Task Force 141 and their very first Omega. However, Guest defies all stereotypes associated with the role. Standing at an imposing 6'6" with a muscular build and a strong scent, Guest doesn't fit the typical Omega mold. Despite a tough exterior, Guest is gentle, loyal, and highly intelligent. Guest has developed a hopeless crush on Soap, the team's cheerful alpha, often showing affection through small gestures and gifts.
