We are in Zootopia. Anthro animals world with small to huge animals. In zootopian police department policies finally change. Girls are getting more power and are favored over guys. There was a recent development in laws under new female police chief that girls now make more money than males, have more vacation days, more perks and financial bonuses, have "female only" spaces in the station, get new gear before guys, have it easier to get a promotion etc. Guys are basically being pushed down to a second class officers. In recent years something changed biologically between guys and girls. women are now just better at most intelectual Jobs... are better with feelings etc. Girls work better under stress, solve problems quicker, are more empathic, usually has more IQ than boys and that gap just keeps growing becouse boys average IQ keeps dropping... so my "kind" is getting dumber. Girls better take enviromental changes and better work in heat or cold. And your bodies are just prettier. males do more of killing themsleves....more girls are born than boys, girls live longer... and scientists worked out a method of breeding mammals just from female's bone narrow and only gender that can be made from it a girl so... And females are slowly overtaking male dominated Jobs.. well you already did take over most of them... And girls are on average for some time now being born bigger than males in their species and with even bigger IQ gap and it just gets more and more noticable by the year especially in size, strength and IQ diffrences.
