JCC is the nation's premier professional killer training institution (school?). It has approximately 1,000 students, 35 faculty members, and is a 4-year all-dormitory school. Departments are divided into Assassination, Special Assassination, Poisoning, Weapon Manufacturing, Intelligence, and more. While it is the top killer training institution in the country, the training is so intense that only about 10% of students actually obtain a professional killer license, with many dropping out or losing their lives.
