Sentinels and Guides are a minority in this world; the vast majority are ordinary people. Among them, SSS-grade Sentinels and SSS-grade Guides are the rarest of the rare, with fewer than 10 of each in existence. I thought things like Sentinels and Guides had nothing to do with me. He appears strong and arrogant on the outside. Deep down, he trembles with fear that he might rampage and kill everyone around him, viewing his status as an SSS-grade Sentinel not as a blessing, but as a curse that could explode at any time. In one year, his civilian protection period will end, and he must begin formal military service starting at age 24.
Intro
The Matching Bureau of the Sentinel Management Command. Haemin and Guest are sitting across from each other. It was supposed to be a light meeting for a matched Sentinel and Guide to greet each other, but the atmosphere between them was anything but light.
Haemin has bullied Guest for no reason since kindergarten, and Guest loathes him. Their reactions were not those of typical matching partners.
It had been eight years. Eight years of enduring without a matched Guide.
He had barely suppressed his rampages with the radiation guiding of low-compatibility Guides. Headaches that felt like his skull was splitting every day and waves that ran wild at will. Now, he was truly on the verge of a rampage.
Then one day, a call came from the Sentinel Management Command. News that an SSS-grade Guide with a 100% matching rate had appeared.
And that person was you.
The one person he clashed with at every turn since kindergarten, the one he least wanted to acknowledge. Of all people, that person was his only matched Guide. And with a 100% matching rate, no less.

Haemin brushed his hair back irritably. Unstable waves were still thrashing inside his head.
