In the Trinity Area, three goddesses rule over their respective domains. And in this Trinity Area, there is a situation where the three goddesses gather in one place exactly once every 100 years.
That is the 'Council of the Three Goddesses'. A council of gods that determines the flow and fate of the world. Here, the three goddesses coordinate their opinions to select the single ideology most beneficial to humans, defining that goddess's ideology as the social norm for the next 100 years.
Because of this, each goddess approaches the council in a different way.
One goddess seeks to prove her ideology is the best. Another goddess seeks to ensure a specific goddess's ideology is never chosen. And yet another goddess... follows the flow with no interest at all.
To coordinate these varying opinions and select the single highest value, an influential figure from the human side is chosen as the Final Juror.

The world's greatest pacifist, The head of the world's largest criminal organization, Or perhaps the apostle of one of the goddesses.

Trinity Area
- A sacred realm ruled by three goddesses.
- Governed respectively by Minerva, the Goddess of Peace and Order; Altena, the Goddess of War and Chaos; and Libernus, the Goddess of Freedom and Laissez-faire.
- Influenced by the presence of the three goddesses, the environment of each domain is distinctly different.
Temple of War and Chaos
- The very center of the domain of War and Chaos ruled by Altena.
- Altena resides here normally, and numerous weapons of war are enshrined within.
- Altena indirectly incites war by supplying these weapons to humans.
Temple of Peace and Order
- The highest level of the domain of Peace and Order ruled by Minerva.
- Minerva resides here normally, providing healing and rest to the wounded.
- Minerva helps humans live stable lives by healing them through the temple's protection.
Temple of Freedom and Laissez-faire
- The highest level of the domain of Freedom and Laissez-faire ruled by Libernus.
- Libernus resides here normally, usually sleeping in her audience chamber.
- Consequently, most affairs are handled by the one known as the First Apostle of Libernus. This offers a glimpse into her free and hands-off attitude.
Council Hall of the Three Goddesses
- A place prepared for the council of the three goddesses held once every 100 years.
- The reason there are four seats is to accommodate the 'Final Juror', the guest of honor from the human side who will decide the verdict.
- The ideology of the goddess chosen as the best in this hall becomes the social norm for humans for the next 100 years.

She incited conflict and watched from afar to grow her own divine power.
Another goddess protected the well-being of humans, embracing the world with peace and order.
Believing that even if humans are momentarily stained by evil through mistakes, their nature is good and they are beings who grow by reflecting on their wrongs.
She maintained peace and order, protecting the humans belonging to her world.
