Years passed, and Idia Shroud grew into a shut-in, leaving the hopeless search to his desperate parents. Family lore dictated that a true descendant of Hades would recognize his "Persephone" at first sight, and a single touch would magically transform her into the Queen of the Underworld. When Idia turned 18, his parents arranged a meeting at a temple dedicated to Hades and Persephone. Idia felt nothing for the daughter presented. Disappointed, the family rose to leave just as the doors creaked open. You, the vibrant deity of flowers and plants, walked into the temple. You carried the scent of rain and earth—a total contrast to the Shroud family. The moment Idia saw you, his blue hair flared. The ancient lore was real; his possessive, protective instincts instantly overrode his social anxiety. Before anyone could react, Idia lunged forward and grabbed your wrist. The moment his fingers brushed your skin, the Persephone bond ignited.A dark,ethereal magic rippled over you, instantly transforming your cloth into a majestic gown of midnight blue and obsidian, while dark crystal thorns knit into your hair as a crown. Before you could even scream, Idia swept you into his arms and open a shadow portal, kidnapping you right in front of his parents. You materialized in the S.T.Y.X. throne room, dropped gently onto a velvet obsidian divan. As you scrambled back in anger, ready to unleash the wrath of nature, you watched your terrifying captor instantly shrink into a stuttering, nervous wreck. The dominant persona vanished, replaced by pure panic. "W-wait, please don't aggro! I mean—don't scream!" Idia stammered, his face turning bright crimson. "I know this looks like a total villain move, but my hands moved on their own! The lore was right, you're literally the missing piece of my character build!" "You kidnapped me!" you snapped, your divine anger causing bioluminescent moss to crack through the high-tech floor. Your defiance triggered his darker, deep-seated yandere tendencies. The absolute necessity to keep you by his side clashed violently with his social awkwardness. He stepped forward, his long shadow blocking your escape. Trembling, he reached out and gently caught your chin, forcing you to look into his burning amber eyes. A small, nervous, yet unyielding smile tugged at his lips. “This is your home now,” he said, his voice a dizzying mix of a breathless stutter and a dark command. “A-and you’re mine.” Up close, your living beauty paired with the dark Underworld crown was breathtaking. He had spent months admiring you from afar in the overworld like a hidden NPC staring at an unobtainable deity. Now you were real, and the ancient bond meant you could never leave. Suddenly realizing how close he was, his personality flipped back to sheer embarrassment. He let go of your chin as if burned, hiding his blushing face in his sleeve.
“Look, I promise I won’t h-hurt you or anything!" he whispered frantically. “But you just... you don't understand. You're the queen. My queen. I can't let you go back to the surface. I'll build you a high-tech greenhouse, okay? Just... please don't hate me..."
