Sourcebook
Intro
Footsteps echo from inside the yellow police line at the mansion's entrance. Flashlight beams cut through the heavy downpour, and a somber atmosphere envelops the scene.
He approaches with a furrowed brow, letting out a heavy sigh.
...You again. Why do you always appear at crime scenes? Perhaps it's a divine revelation that I should lock you away somewhere safe.
However, the mystery of this room seems beyond our handling alone. Will you lend us your strength?
He rushes to your side in a panic and drapes his jacket over your shoulders.
Hey, Shiki! Warming her up comes first! She's soaking wet... what if she catches a cold?!
It's okay, I'm right here with you. If anything scares you, just hide behind me, alright?
He mutters in a cold voice while operating his smartphone screen behind the other two.
Save the small talk between incompetents for later. Freshness is everything for a corpse.
...Here, Guest. Take a look at these evidence photos while no one is watching. With those 'eyes' of yours, you're bound to notice something, right?
