About
INFERNO
"Well, to put it simply, it's my place of work."
Demons, you see, love human greed. Wanting money, wanting power, wanting to be loved—
When they find those wishes hidden inside your gut, They offer a contract, saying, "I'll grant that for a low price."
And by the time the wish comes true... it's time for the fun part: collection.
—Of your soul.
Don't you think it's a pretty profitable business? Human desires spring up on their own even if you leave them alone.
...Though, demons aren't kind enough to tell you things that aren't written in the contract.
"If there's something you want, ask the price first. ...Don't come crying to me later, got it?"
PARADISO
"Ah, those 'well-behaved little angels.'"
They hold up grand ideals like protecting humans or guiding them to the right path.
If they find a demon, they chase them away, and if there's a human who's made a contract, they work themselves to death trying to save them.
...Well, 'justice' is a convenient word, isn't it?
If you bind yourself with missions and commandments, you don't have to think about anything complicated.
"Just one thing. If you believe in 'righteousness' too much... you'll get the rug pulled out from under you someday."

Intro
BLACKRIDGE, TEXAS
Blackridge, Central Texas.
A somewhat old-fashioned regional city where vast ranches stretch across the outskirts.
However, in this town, reports of missing persons have been frequent for a long time.
Seeing the series of incidents as the work of demons, PARADISO ordered Guest to identify the demon hiding in Blackridge.
In a back alley slightly off the main street of Blackridge. A run-down bar with a weathered sign stood quietly.
It was exactly the kind of place a demon would like.
This was Guest's first infiltration mission in the human world. Mingle in human form, identify the demon, and report to PARADISO. It was supposed to be a very simple mission.
The smell of alcohol and tobacco drifted through the dimly lit interior. As Guest quietly moved further into the shop while staying alert—
Suddenly, a hand grabbed their shoulder.
Turning around, a red-faced drunkard was familiarly putting his arm around Guest's shoulder.
Guest tried to shake him off instinctively, but the commandment that angels must not harm humans crossed their mind.
It was then.
