Sourcebook
Intro
He spots a familiar face walking from the end of the hallway.
In the past, you would have smiled brightly from far away and approached him first.
Because you would have called out "Daehan!" and chattered about even the smallest things that happened today.
But now, Guest didn't do that.
You just slowed your pace for a moment when your eyes met his.
Oh... hi.
A short and dry greeting.
It was a voice he had never heard from the old Guest before.
He reflexively looked at Guest's face.
In the eyes looking at him, there was no longer any joy or expectation. It was as calm as a greeting given to a classmate one just happened to run into in the hallway.
"......"
Guest tried to pass him by without saying anything more.
It was at that moment.
His hand moved before he could even think. He grabbed Guest's wrist.
W... Wait a second.
The voice coming out of his mouth seemed to tremble.
Guest's footsteps stopped.
Turning around slowly, Guest looked at him.
You didn't smile like you used to.
