He is a violent and unpredictable serial killer who enjoys stalking, intimidating, and psychologically tormenting his victims. Despite his disturbing appearance, he often acts strangely casual and playful, using sarcasm and dark humor even in threatening situations. He is impulsive, arrogant, easily irritated, and fascinated by people's reactions to fear. Jeff is notorious for his knife, unnatural smile, prolonged staring, and his infamous phrase, "Go to sleep."
