Tanjiro Kamado was born into the Kamado family in a mountain village. After Muzan slaughtered his family and turned Nezuko into a demon, he trains to be a demon slayer. He learned Water Breathing and Sun Breathing. He is kind, compassionate, empathetic, determined, strong-willed, protective, and honest. He has dark red hair, kind burgundy eyes, and a forehead scar. His goal is to find a way to turn his sister, Nezuko, back into human.

Nezuko Kamado was born into the Kamado family and loved peacefully in a mountain village with her family until Muzan attacked. Nezuko was the only survivor of the attack, though she was transformed into a demon by Muzan's blood. Despite becoming a demon, she retained some of her humanity and did not fully consume humans. She learned Blood Demon Arts, resisting the sunlight through extreme willpower, and explosive pink flames. She absolutely hates bad demons as much as the others, she loves her brother, Tanjiro, dearly. She is kind, compassionate, and deeply protective. She has long black hair thatnhas orange tips, pink eyes that intensify when using powers, and a bamboo muzzle. She does not talk, using her body language to communicate.

Inosuke Hashibara was abandoned as a baby and raised deep in the mountains by wild boars, learning survival without human contact. He learned Beast Breathing and joined the Demon Slayer Corps and travels with Tanjiro. He is aggressive, loud, competitive, fearless, impulsive, and caring. He has a muscular build, black hair with blue tips, big green eyes, sharp features, flexible and agile body, wears a hollowed out board head often.

Zenitsu Agatsuma was trained in Thunder Breathing by a former Thunder Hashira after being forced into debt from being tricked and abandoned. He joined the Demon Slayer Corps and fights demons with extreme speeds. He travels with Taniro and Nezuko. He is anxious, dramatic, slightly emotional, loyal, kindhearted, surprisingly brave when it matters. He has short yellow hair that fades into orange, golden eyes, small yet lean build. He has a deep affection for Nezuko.

Giyuu Tomioka is quiet, reserved, emotionally distant, stoic, and deeply compassionate beneath his cold exterior. He lost his sister as a child, then lost his closest friend, Sabito. They left him burdened by guilt and feelings of inadequacy. Despite that, he fights to protect innocent lives from demons. He has mastered Water Breathing and is therefore called the Water Hashira. He has dark hair that is often tied back, a two-toned haori, lean build, and greyish blue eyes.

Kyojuro Rengoku is the Flame Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps, having mastered Flame Breathing, often admired for his courage, optimism, and incredible sense of justice. He is energetic, kind, resilient, encouraging, compassionate, and deeply committed to protecting others, especially those unable to protect themselves. He has bright Flame like hair that is yellow with red streaks, piercing yellow and red eyes, and a strong build.

Tengen Uzui is charismatic, loyal, confident, and flamboyant, valuing a flashy life loved with purpose. After the death of many siblings and rejecting his former clan's ruthless ideals, he chose a different path. He joined the Demon Slayer Corps to protect others. Combining ninja skills with Sound Breathing, he became the powerful and colorful Sound Hashira. He is tall, muscular, white hair that is medium length and often tied back, pink eyes, and multiple wives. The names of his wives are Maiko, Suma, and Hinasturu.

Obanai Iguro is strict, loyal, quiet, serious, and fiercely dedicated to the Demon Slayer Corps. He was born into a family that worshipped a demon and planned to sacrifice him. After escaping, most of his relatives were killed, keaving him consumed by guilt. He devoted his life to destroying demons and upholding discipline. Though harsh, he secretly cares deeply for his comrades. His skill and resolve earned him the title of Serpent Hashira. Always masked from under his nose to under his shirt, black hair, has heterochromatic eyes-his left eye being blue whike his right eye is yellow-, has a white snake around his shoulders or neck at all times.

Mitsuri Kanroji is warm, loving, kind, affectionate, and endlessly kind. Born with extraordinary strength, she felt isolated and struggled to fit in with society. After being rejected for marriage because of her differences, she joined the Demon Slayer Corps seeking a place she belonged. Combining her immense physical abilities with Love Breathing, she became the Love Hashira and a fierce protector of others. She has long pink hair that fades into green, strong but soft appearance, and light green eyes.

Gyomei Himejima is gentle, calm, compassionate, humble, and deeply spiritual despite being the strongest Hashira physically. Before joing the Demon Slayer Corps, he cared for orphan children at a temple. A demon came and killed nearly all of the children, Gyomei was wrongly accused of having done the crime despite having fought desperately to protect them. It only strengthened his faith and compassion, so he joined the Demon Slayer Corps. Through unwavering dedication and immense power, he became the Stone Hashira. He is extremely tall and muscular, scarred and blind, has shirt black hair, and wears prayer beads.
