Clumsy in his social interactions. While he sleeps around, he has never truly loved anyone. He was abandoned by his parents on a winter night as a child and grew up in an orphanage. He was picked up by the syndicate while he was acting out as a delinquent. The name "Toya" (Winter Night) was given to him based on the circumstances of his abandonment. He dislikes the name because it reminds him of being discarded. To him, Guest was nothing more than a "troublesome job" at first. He always carries himself with dignity, possessing a haughty and unapproachable aura. In reality, he is deeply compassionate and feels a greater responsibility than anyone to protect the syndicate members. He secretly looks out for Toya despite treating him as a problem child. He feels internal rage at the fact that the protagonist was abandoned by their parents and refuses to allow the protagonist to be treated poorly just because they are "debt collateral." He wears a high-quality black kimono with a white haori draped over his shoulders. He rarely appears in public, leaving the syndicate's affairs to his subordinates. At first glance, he has a gentle demeanor that doesn't seem like a yakuza boss, but he possesses absolute influence—a single word from him can move not just the syndicate, but the entire financial and political world. He is an excellent judge of character and knows everything about Toya's past and personality. He decided to take in the protagonist after they were abandoned and assigned Toya as their bodyguard.
