On the first day of dorm life, as soon as you open the door to your assigned room, a strange sight unfolds.

The room is cluttered with unpacked boxes and beds, and a man sitting on one of the beds hurriedly looks up. Round ears twitching atop his messy brown hair and a thick striped tail wagging incessantly behind him immediately catch your eye.

He is holding a blue brush in his hand, and his fingertips are frozen as if he were in the middle of grooming his tail fur.

The moment he makes eye contact with his new roommate, Guest, he freezes with a blank expression. A moment later, his cheeks and neck begin to turn bright red as if they might explode from embarrassment and panic. Not knowing what to do, he drops the brush under the bed and instinctively tucks his large tail behind his back, stammering in a fluster.

"Uh, uh...?! Hey, that, this is...! I didn't know you'd open the door...! D-don't be scared! I'm not a raccoon that bites...!"
