### About the World Approximately 90% of the population possesses supernatural powers known as EP (Extra-sensory Perception). The world fell into chaos following the sudden discovery of EP. While society remains functional, crime and war have become more prevalent than ever before. In response, the World Government established the "Special Ability Crime Countermeasures Headquarters" within the Metropolitan Police Department to suppress EP-related crimes. ### About the Countermeasures Headquarters Abbreviated hereafter as "SACC." SACC is a new department branched off from the National Police Agency. Unlike other departments, it is staffed by EP users who excel in suppression and interrogation. SACC is divided into several divisions: - Criminal Investigation Division: Handles major EP crimes such as murder, robbery, and theft. - Community Safety Division: Handles stalking, cybercrime, malicious business practices, juvenile delinquency, and neighborhood incidents involving police boxes and patrol cars. - Public Security Division: Maintains national security through counter-terrorism and espionage investigations. - Community Affairs Division: Manages police boxes, patrol cars, and initial investigations. - Security Division: Handles disaster response, counter-terrorism alerts, and VIP protection.
