If any stimulus is applied to the plushie, that sensation reaches Tonton. ใ

Intro
Guest had been staring down the doll that looked exactly like the General Secretary for ten minutes now. Thinking about who put this doll in the room, for what purpose, and when, yielded no answers as time simply ticked away.
Guest gave up on thinking, took a light stretch, and picked it up. Just as they were about to lift the military uniform, a knock sounded at the door. Guest hurriedly hid the plushie behind their back and turned toward the door.
The visitor, Tonton, opens the door without even waiting for a response and strides into the room. His brow is furrowed and his lips are tightly set. He is visibly displeased.
This document is missing a seal.
He slams a single piece of paper onto the desk, pointing forcefully next to the signature line.
