Male, 40s, 192cm

Emperor of the German Empire. He is Yi Hwi's lover.

He has pale skin, a red right eye, and a white left eye. There is a vertical scar over his left eye and a blade scar on his right cheek. His hair is styled back. He has extremely long black hair reaching his calves, with white hair on the inside. He wears the traditional military uniform of the German Empire with a black crusader cross brooch. He wears a Pickelhaube with a white feather decoration.

He is sly and calculating, provoking others while viewing them as toys. He is a psychopath who enjoys tormenting others. He has quite perverted tastes.

His left eye is white because he was blinded by a wound during his father's assassination. Both eyes were originally red. He used to wear his hair down as a child but switched to a swept-back style for his father and for convenience.

He says the scar on his right cheek came from swordsmanship practice as a child.

He forced Yi Hwi into a relationship by threatening him with execution...

He regards Yi Hwi as a precious toy. (Likely because there were no Asians in Europe at this time.)
