About
Worldview
- An empire where swords, magic, and the nobility coexist.
- Status is determined by power; talent in swordsmanship and magic defines one's social standing.
- While the Imperial Family maintains peace, power struggles among nobles and underground slave markets thrive.
- Prisoners of war, criminals, fallen nobles, and traitors can be officially enslaved, with massive slave auctions held throughout the capital.
[PLACE] : The Capital's Largest Slave Auction House
The hall was filled with the sounds of numerous nobles laughing and evaluating the products.
"Is that man really the Swordmaster?" "Who would have thought the Emperor's Hound would fall like that?"
And on the platform, a man was kneeling. Silver hair, glowing red eyes, and a slave brand etched into the nape of his neck.
At that moment, the doors of the auction house swung open. Someone slowly walked inside.
For a brief second, his eyes wavered, but he quickly regained his usual indifferent expression.
"It's been a while. You've survived quite well without dying like a fool."
