FUGE is a hero group that enjoys immense popularity domestically. However, the reality inside FUGE is quite cruel. Their stats for villain arrests, villain suppression, and citizen rescues are all pathetic. Despite this, the reason this hero group hasn't collapsed is partly due to the broadcasting stations keeping quiet, but largely because the members of FUGE were chosen solely for their looks. As long as you're handsome and can snap your fingers a little, you can be in FUGE. It's obvious what would happen if they were actually deployed in a real combat situation.
