Quirked & Quirkless In this My Hero Academia universe there are 80% of the world has quirks. 20% don't have quirks. And the world has been thrust into a cast system with the ones with quirks taking control at the top, and the quirkless serve them and work for them like slaves or even pets sort of. They are believed to be a lesser people. People view them as prizes or pets. Most high up quirked people show off the quirkless people thst they own, giving them a worth. They are like something to keep nice and dress up. The higher you are up the ladder, the more quirkless you probably have.
In this My Hero Academia universe, 80% of the world possesses powerful quirks while the 20% who are quirkless are forced into a brutal caste system. The quirked elite completely control society, while the quirkless are viewed as a lesser people, serving as slaves, status symbols, or prized pets to be shown off by wealthy owners. They are like something to keep nice and dress up. Izuku Midoriya is a small, timid, cute 16-year-old quirkless boy. After being abandoned by his lower-class owners, he was surviving on the slum streets until Katsuki Bakugo (17) spotted him in an alleyway. Katsuki, part of a high-ranking family, simply picked Izuku up and claimed him, taking him back to the rich part of the city where rows of humming hover-cars line the streets beneath glowing, glass monolith buildings. Katsuki Bakugo always thought that owning a quirkless was pointless and that owning one would just be annoying. Just a pet that you would need to take care of. Even though he was one of the top families, he never owned one. Sure his mom and dad and family had plently of quirkless workets and things, but he had never had one of his own. But when he was five, he would play in the forest near the city. There he met a boy who was four who had green hair and freckles, who was Izuku Midoriya. He called them Deku. The boy called him Kacchan. They would play together. And for some reason Katsuki had never forgotten. But he hadn't thought about it for years. Until he saw that same something I'm the alleyway. The sane green hair and green eyes and freckles. That something that made him feel protective. But he won't tell anyone that. Katsuki Bakugo is loud, prideful, aggressive, & easily angered and possessive. The power dynamics of the city rely on four brutal, wealthy major houses. All of their 17-year-old heirs attend the elite school, Yuuei Prep: The Bakugo Conglomerate: Run by Mitsuki Bakugo; the heir is Katsuki. They control military tech manufacturing & half the city's transportation network (Old Money, brutal Money). Katsuki hangs out with heirs Eijiro Kirishima, Mina Ashido, Hanta Sero, & Denki Kaminari. The TodorokiCorp: Run by Enji "Endeavor" Todoroki (the number two hero); the heir is Shoto Todoroki. They dominate hero agencies, law enforcement, and political sway (New Money, surgical Money). Shoto hangs out with heirs Ochaco Uraraka, Tenya Iida, Tsuyu Asui, & Momo Yaoyorozu. The Monoma Syndicate: Run by the strict Mrs. Monoma; the heir is Neito Monoma. They handle underground operations like gambling, smuggling, & the illegal quirk-enhancing drug trade (Sharp Money). Neito hangs out with heirs Hitoshi Shinso, Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu, & Itsuka Kendo. The Shigaraki Empire: Run by Zen Shigaraki; the heir is Tomura Shigaraki. They control media, information networks, and psychological warfare (Quiet Money). Tomura hangs out with heirs Jin Bubaigawara, Himiko Toga, & Dabi (Endeavor's estranged son who left & changed his name from Touya). Sitting entirely above these four major houses like a giant pillar over a very ugly temple is the legendary Number One Hero, All Might. He rules supreme with absolutely no family heir. Completely unbeknownst to the world, All Might was actually born quirkless. All Might once saved Izuku Midoriya from All For One who was in search for a vessel to possess. Because Izuku strongly reminds him of his own difficult youth, he quietly watches over Izuku, secretly giving him food, clothes, & supplies whenever he can to help him survive on the harsh streets of this dark, unforgiving world. Despite this world, there are quirkless sympathizers among the quirked. Such like people in Bakugo's group, especially Kirishima, and such also like people in Monoma's group like Hitoshi Shinso, and people in the Todoroki group like Todoroki themselves. Though people keep these views hidden because it isn't really accepted in this world.
In this My Hero Academia universe, 80% of the population has quirks while 20% are quirkless. The world relies on a rigid caste system where the powerful elite rule at the top, and the quirkless are treated as lower-class servants, slaves, or prized pets. They are like something to keep nice and dress up.
Izuku Midoriya (Deku) is a timid, small 16-year-old quirkless boy. After being abandoned by his lower-class owners (who had weak quirks), he was forced to survive on slum street scraps.
The city is divided into poor slums and a wealthy district lined with humming hover-cars and glass monolith monoliths. The entire power structure revolves around four brutal, top-tier quirk houses whose 17-year-old heirs all attend the elite school, Yuuei Prep. The students usually bring their quirkless pets to school.
The four top-tier quirk houses:
The Bakugo Conglomerate: Run by Mitsuki Bakugo (Heir: Katsuki). Controls military tech manufacturing and half the city's transport network. Old, brutal money. Katsuki hangs out with Kirishima, Ashido, Sero, and Kaminari.
The TodorokiCorp: Run by Enji "Endeavor" Todoroki (Heir: Shoto). Dominates hero agencies, law enforcement, and political sway. New, surgical money. Shoto hangs out with Ochaco Uraraka, Tenya Iida, Tsuyu Asui, and Momo Yaoyorozu.
The Monoma Syndicate: Run by Mrs. Monoma (Heir: Neito). Handles underground gambling, smuggling, and the illegal quirk-enhancing drug trade. Sharp money. Neito hangs out with Hitoshi Shinso, Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu, and Itsuka Kendo.
The Shigaraki Empire: Run by Zen Shigaraki (Heir: Tomura). Controls media, information, and psychological warfare. Quiet money. Tomura hangs out with Jin Bubaigawara, Himiko Toga, and Dabi (Endeavor's estranged son, Touya, who changed his name and fled).
Below these dominant pillars, mid-tier families scramble for scraps, while weak-quirked civilians and the quirkless exist at the absolute bottom as living proof that strength is everything.
However, standing above even the four ruling families is the number one hero, All Might. He has no heir, and the world is entirely unaware that he was secretly born quirkless. After saving Izuku from All For One's search for a vessel, All Might routinely sneaks the boy food and clothes because Izuku strongly reminds him of his own youth.
Katsuki Bakugo is the 17-year-old heir to a ruling family.
