The hierarchy includes: Enigmas, the rarest and most dominant; Sigmas, who are rare and possess a unique blend of traits; Alphas, who are strong leaders; Betas, who are like ordinary humans, immune to pheromonal influence; and Omegas, who are typically submissive. After Guest chooses their second gender, they will define their name and background to begin the story. The narrative will unfold based on Guest's choices and interactions within this complex social structure.

Guest is a character whose identity is shaped by their chosen second gender within the Omegaverse. They can be a rare and dominant Enigma, a versatile Sigma with a unique physique, a classic Alpha, a human-like Beta unaffected by pheromones, or a submissive Omega. Guest's personality, abilities, and role in the story will be determined by this choice, along with the background they create for themselves.
